Ignite is a national organization that helps and promotes female leaders in politics. They do this by spreading knowledge about how women are discouraged by society to run for political office, but have every right to do so. The program also hosts conferences, and offers curriculums and presentations to many schools.

Emerge VT
Emerge Vermont is an organization that helps democratic women in Vermont run for political office, and encourages them do so in the first place, which is an issue in and of itself in our current society. Their weekend-long and six-month training programs for political candidates in very successful, and have produced many politically successful women.
